Laksa

I am not a laksa person but I haven't eaten laksa for a long time and I saw this easy recipe and I decided to make myself some. I remember when I was young I only like this laksa from this particular stall in my hometown and until now I still like this particular laksa. It is because the laksa is spicy and sweet and I particularly like the sweet taste.
Laksa soup in a big pot with fishballs and dried taufu puff.
2 cloves of garlic
1 shallot
thumb size ginger
2 chillies
dried prawns (I like more dried prawn)

Blend the above ingredients together with a bit of water.

Boil a liter of water in a big pot and put in one pack of laksa paste. Add all the blended ingredients.

Put in fishballs and dried taufu puff. Wait for them to boil and cook properly.

In a different pot cook some noodles. Drained the water and add cooked laksa soup.

Enjoy.
